We had our wedding at the Belle Voir Manor (more modern and spacious for our tastes), ceremony and reception. The ceremony site was beautiful, right along the Delaware River. There is a large open space for cocktail hour and people have the option of being outside. Obviously, we didn't get much cocktail hour time, but I did hear great things about the food. They did set up a plate for the bride and groom with all the cocktail hour options for us to easily sample the butlered ones. While we were getting pictures there was a server with us constantly bringing drinks out for us, Vanessa, she was so attentive and helpful (even helped carry my heavy bouquet!). The reception area is pretty large, we had 166 people and no one felt cramped at all. We heard only good things about the meals (the filet is especially fabulous). The only small problem we had with the place was the fact that we were working with one coordinator when we signed our contract and a few months before our wedding she suddenly left. I only found out because I emailed her with a question and someone else answered. We then worked with Elizabeth who was wonderful and everything went as planned, just would have appreciated a heads up about the change.
Overall, Belle Voir was a gorgeous place for a wedding and my husband and I loved every last minute of it and wouldn't change a thing!

I had my reception here in October and everything was great! The pictures right along the river are wonderful, the hall is beautiful and the food was awesome! Would definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend the Belle Voir Manor to host your wedding and ceremony, as they did a fantastic job and all our guests raved about how pretty the place was and how delicious all the food was!!! The setting, right along the Delaware river, and the long wooded entrance, was so beautiful and it made for an unbelievable ceremony and reception site for my wedding!!!

I just got married in May and our reception was at the Belle Voir Manor. Everything was amazing! Katrina was my contact there and she was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. She made sure everything was exactly how we discussed! They even made a sangria recipe, that I gave them for the cocktail hour. My guests loved it!The venue its self was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing. I recommend this hall to everyone!

This was a wonderful experience for me. Belle Voir really took care of my every need and was very flexible in planning up to the very last day. The price was affordable to me but the place exceeded my expectations!!!

Belle Voir was beautiful however their management and customer service appreciation is horrible. They do not communicate with their clients and they do not work with you to try to make the best day special. They management is absolutely rude and they kept changing stuff during my wedding without telling me. The facilities are beatiful however a big pain to deal with.

The place is beautiful and we wanted to have our wedding there. We negotiated the price and were ready to sign the contract. However, the sales process was more difficult than it was worth. Patty claimed that firewalls made her lose emails but I find it hard to believe. She would take weeks to get back to calls or emails. It made it very hard to plan with other vendors (how many aisles there will be for the florist to decorate, what size tables they have for the tablecloths, etc.). It was very frustrating to work with her. Also, we were assigned a counterpart of hers, Mary for about a month, that responded to a few emails than never did again. We eventually contacted Patty again and she said Mary was fired- no one told us. The saving grace for Belle Voir is Katrina. We dealt with her for the month leading up to the wedding and she responded quickly, with helpful answers, and brought potential problems to our attention we hadn't thought of. She was wonderful. The staff the day of was also excellent. Ask for Rosie to be your day-of help. She's very sweet and helpful. People gave great reviews about the service that they received from the waitstaff. Food was just okay except for the mashed potato bar which every single person at our wedding has raved about (delicious!). Ultimately, I would not think twice about going to Belle Voir as long as Katrina is your sales person. If it's Patty, don't sign! I wish I could give two reviews- to give Katrina all 5's but I have to rate the total experience.

Phenomenal. They were available at any time. They were able to help me with any questions I had and made recommendations when we were unable to come to a decision. My maitre 'd and my head waitress were fabulous and I wanted for nothing.

Belle Voir was a dream come true! It is such a beautiful place to get married and hold a reception! The staff is helpful and assign you a wedding planner to help make your vision come true. The place is just gorgeous from top to bottom and the views of the water are breath taking. I would definitely recommend this place to other brides that want an elegant wedding.

Everything at this venue was perfect, from the staff to the food. We had stuffed tilapia, chicken florentine, and vegetable neopolitano--all which were fantastic. And the Garlic mashed potato bar was a huge hit during cocktail hour! We had our ceremony outside, which was stunning with the Delaware River and beautiful manicured lawn as the backdrop. The servers were absolutely amazing. With 200 guests, I was a busy bride, but they made sure I had a drink, appetizers, and anything else I wanted at all times. Mary was a gem in helping us plan our big day!

What didn't I love?! I couldn't have been happier with our choice to go with Belle Vor. Everything was beautiful and the staff was wonderful to work with. Our site coordinator went above and beyond; she really was a huge help overall in answering all my questions and making sure our reception went smoothly. Additionally she really helped us to get so much for our money. The cocktail spread alone was amazing and in general all the food was delicious! The waitstaff bartenders and valets were friendly and professional. Our guests are still raving about our reception!;Although it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with our coordinator earlier in the planning process as our wedding drew closer I had no issues.
