If you're not wanting the typical hotel wedding and are seeking a one-of-a-kind facility, you've got to check this place out! Don't wait too long because it books out well in advance.
This venue is a beautiful, hidden gem!!! It provides a destination wedding feel without having to leave the city. We loved the fact we could check in on Thursday and not leave until Monday morning with plenty of room for family/wedding party to stay as well. The photos from this venue are spectacular. All of our guests were blown away by how gorgeous and unique this place is.
Of course, nothing is perfect. They do not provide any add on's even for a cost. Without getting into the nitty gritty details, the biggest hurdle for us to overcome was the fact there is no staff on site to help with the set-up or tear down.

We had a late fall wedding at Mildale. It's a gorgeous property, especially when the leaves are changing colors. Our guests were amazed by the property and how beautiful it is and how much room you have. We rented out the houses for our out of town guests and this was a great way for everyone to get to know one another. There are so many options here. It is a lot of work putting it together and tearing it down. If you have the extra cash, I'd hire out but we were able to do it and still have time to enjoy our company! Also, we spoke with Katie w/ Mildale and she was such a wonderful/nice person and will answer any questions. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

We rented Mildale for the full weekend (Thurs. - Monday). We had a cookout on Thursday, our rehearsal on Friday, a brunch, cermony and reception on Saturday. Both our families were able to stay on the farm with us all weekend. It was amazing! A total dream come true!

We rented Mildale for the entire wedding weekend. Gorgeous landscape, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves and the convenience of staying on the property was fantastic. Absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outdoor venue or to have both ceremony and reception at the same location. Loved it!

Mildale Farm was the absolute perfect location for my wedding! We did an outdoor ceremony on the patio of the Estate house and then moved to the Barn for our reception. The staff were amazing in helping us to prepare for our big day and the venue itself was absolutely gorgeous! They have several options as far as renting the space goes to meet your budget ranging from a 24 hour rental ($2,000) to a full weekend rental ($8,500). Such a picturesque venue that made you feel as though you'd traveled somewhere out of state. The venue included 400 white padded chairs and tons of tables of different sizes to choose from. The Estate house and Cottage provided plenty of space for the bridal party and family members to stay for the weekend which made for a much smoother/stress free wedding weekend. The possibilities are endless when you book your wedding with Mildale Farm! If I could do it all over again, I would change absolutely nothing! It was just perfect!

I had my ceremony and reception there. It is a beautiful place! Everyone at the wedding had something so nice to say about how amazing the barn way.

I loved having my wedding at Mildale. It encompassed everything about my husband and I, and made my complete vision a reality. The only thing everyone should know is that if you do go with Mildale you do have to set up your own tables and chairs. We hired in help for this, but honestly it is so worth it. We loved having the cottage to get ready in, and the barn is really a vision.

Expensive but beautiful! Loved having the houses and space for four days. This gave us a lot of time to prepare and visit with family and friends staying on the property. It would have been more cost effective if we could have reserved just one day but it worked out fine booking the package. The staff/maintenance on the property were very helpful and friendly. Loved loved loved this place!

My husband and I fell in love with Mildale Farm the second we stepped foot on the property! It was the perfect setting for a city girl & country boy's wedding! The venue provided for absolutely stunning photos. The only drawback is that you have to do everything yourself or have it all hired out. We opted to do a lot ourselves, which required that we have a bunch of our family and friends helping set up and tear down, and it definitely took the entire 4 day weekend to do so. But looking back it was more than worth it, and I can say that it was absolutely perfect and unique to us.

I absolutely love Mildale Farm. I just had my wedding on May 27th, 2011. I'm biased because I've always had it in my head that I want to get married there, drove by it all the time growing up. I will say the county keeps everything looking nice and they are easy to work with. Unfortunately they don't set up and tear down the tables and chairs for you which would help to justify the high cost. The price is why I only have 4 stars. Beautiful beautiful location though.

Walked in and it was like a wedding from a movie!

i wouldn't have wanted our wedding any place else. mildale was absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted. i can't tell you how many of our family and friends came up to us and said that this was the most beautiful wedding that had been to. the beautiful brick drive that winds up to the barn is amazing. we loved that it is so secluded with nothing else surrounding it besides nature. if you haven't ever been to mildale, you HAVE to make a trip to see it...you won't regret it. our pictures turned out so beautiful. we had the actual wedding outside in front of the barn, then had the reception inside the barn. another thing that drew us in with mildale is that it's so beautiful by itself that it doesn't need a lot of decorating. so, my advice if you're considering mildale for your wedding is...absolutely go for it. you won't regret it andm your guests will fall in love with it, just like you will!!

I was so happy with the Mildale Farm staff and facility. It is BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I were looking for a place that was elegant but also a little touch of country. Mildale Farm was exactly that. They have very reasonable prices and lots of benefits. When I first got to Mildale Farm on my wedding day I was able to unlock the gates. It was amazing to have a moment to myself and to visualize what was going to take place that day. Everything came together beautifully and I got many compliments about how it beautiful it was. Many people told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to and they had wished they had gotten married in a place like this. Mildale Farm is extremely recommended and I will never forget the beautiful place that made my day memorable!

We had our wedding at Mildale Farm last July and booked the property for the whole weekend - Thursday afternoon to Monday morning. This to me at first seemed like too much time but after getting my mother and father in law, three brother-in-laws and their wives and my parents settled into the estate house and small cottage we had the most wonderful long weekend. It was like having a destination wedding right at home! The size of the houses, all the amenities, the BEAUTIFUL grounds and barn were all perfect. We were married by the pond with mason jars filled with wildflowers hanging from the trees above us and it was magical - I know it sounds cheesy, but it was just perfect. The drive was a bit of a hike but that's actually what made it feel more like a destination wedding and it was so peaceful - plus we love the country. Sarah Shaw, the coordinator from JCPRD, was awesome - so sweet and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this venue!!!

We were blessed to have our wedidng at Mildale Farms.
I had always wanted an outdoor wedding, and was amazed as we pulled into Mildale Farms. The entrace itself is breathtaking.
We choose the option the rent the 22 acres from Thursday-Monday. Our wedidng party was able to stay with us in the estate house the night before and the night of the wedding. This helped with getting everyone avalible for pictures, hair, make-up etc. The venue is very kid friendly as well and kept my toddler nephews entertained!
Sarah was so helpful in answering any questions we had. They are very organized and professional. They understand that exceptions can be made. The grounds were manicured the day of the event and were beautiful. You can tell that Sarah and everyone working at Mildale enjoys there job and is passionate about the Farm.
There are so many options with the venue and the barn. I had an earthy outdoor wedding, but the barn is also very classy, elegant, bright. You can transform it into anything you desire. There is so much beauty in the barn, that you don't even need decorations.
We had our wedding and reception up at the barn. The ceremony was performed out front and made for beautiful pictures. It was absolutely wonderful having our wedding there. It is such a calming peaceful place, you can't help but feel the same way.
Thank you agian Mildale Farms and Sarah for allowing us to enjoy and make such wonderful memories at Mildale Farms. I would recomend this venue to anyone

My daughters wedding was held at Mildale Farm this October. The venue is beyond beautiful! The caretakers and coordinator, Sarah, couldn't have been more helpful and kind in answering a nervous mother of the bride's many questions. The wedding party enjoyed their stay in the two homes on the property, especially the bonfires at night! Mildale Farm' setting made my daughter's wedding a wonderful memory.

We used Mildale for our wedding in October 2010. I came across the farm after losing a venue in another town and I'm very glad we ended up with Mildale!! We used the farm from Thursday through Sunday and were able to create a unique experience for our family and guests. Autumn bonfire and S'more son Thursday, rehearsal dinner on Friday, reception on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. It was so convenient to have a venue to feature a variety of uses as well as provide accommodation for our family and there are few places in the area with such a stunning landscape. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond our expectations. Our family would like to find more reasons to use Mildale in the future. GREAT location for Baker University brides looking for a neaby venue!!!

I was pretty adamant about not having our reception in a boring ol' ballroom. I thought a barn would be cool but all our other options were a bit too rustic for our taste. Mildale was naturally beautiful, clean and the grounds are impeccable. Just driving up to the barn is an experience. Ideally we were to get married out on the lawn but mother nature had other plans (May wedding ... what did we expect. :-)). So, we had our ceremony on one end of the barn and the meal/dancing in the middle. It ended up being intimate and special for our ceremony. We had 180 people RSVP. If you have more people than that, you'll probably have to put tables at either end of the barn in addition to the larger center portion for the reception. That may break up your party a bit. We obviously didn't have to pay for transportation to/from the ceremony/reception either, which provided some savings. In addition, we could bring in our own catering company and alcohol, which saved us a BUNDLE. Because the venue is so cool all by itself, you don't have to do much in the way of decor. We dimmed the lights, forked out a chunk of money for dramatic centerpieces and an archway for the ceremony and called it good. I wanted a beautiful venue for a day of celebration with our family and friends. Thank goodness Mildale exists as it was a perfect fit for our big day. I highly recommend it!

Mildale Farm was such a beautiful place for our wedding ceremony. 2 weeks after our wedding and everyone is still telling me how beautiful it was there, and how romantic it was. My husband loved it because it is "rustic", but clean and in his words "incrediable". I wouldn't change a thing if I could do it all over again.
