When I first met Kelly and Jill at A Savvy Event, I knew I had to work with them. Their excitement and passion paralleled mine. Jill was my wedding coordinator, and it’s almost hard to put into words how grateful we are for her help. She was a form of strength, guidance, support, laughter, and excitement throughout the entire process. We truly couldn’t have done it without her.
Early on in the process, my husband didn’t understand why we needed a coordinator. I tried explaining, but it just didn’t make sense to him at the time. When the wedding was over, he told me that she was great and had done an outstanding job. He finally understood that without her, I would have been a mess.
Jill never made planning feel like work, she made it so fun! She was cool, calm, and collected, and therefore, I was cool, calm and collected. She kept me organized, kept me on track, never made me feel like my questions were too much, and always had a suggestion or vendor recommendation at her fingertips. I didn’t feel like it was a vendor/client relationship between us—it was more comfortable than that for me. She made me feel so relaxed throughout the entire process.
On the wedding day, she worked her butt off. As far as I know, nothing went wrong…and if it had, I wasn’t worried because I knew she had my back. Once the wedding started, she was like a silent angel waiting in the wings until something needed attention. Whenever I noticed her, she was calm and again it made me feel calm.
My husband, my parents, and I (especially) cannot thank her enough for all she did. November 3, 2012 was a flawless day. There is no doubt in my mind that without Jill, our memories wouldn’t be the same. I would recommend A Savvy Event (specifically Jill) no matter your event. She [they] will amaze you. I hope I get to plan something with them again in the future.

AMAZING. We had Courtney as a Day-Of coordinator and she went above and beyond for us. Not only answering some of my random questions that I thought of throughout the planning process but also truly caring about the event. For instance, we had a plan for the low cocktail tables that were going to be outside during cocktail hour, she noticed during the set-up day-of that they didn't look quite right and let me know. And she was totally right and we easily added some spare tablecloths… I just really appreciated her attention to detail and treating my wedding like it was her event that she wanted to look beautiful and run smoothly, not just follow our exact plan, regardless of how things look or how timing is working out. She was very professional, fun to work with, and very organized with all of the wedding timing and details.
