Thank you for being inspired by my idea to create exactly our Dream wedding Cupcake Carousel at the Thomas Fogarty Winery on Sept 30, 2011. The Cupcake Carousel was perfect with all the different flavor mini cupcakes and the cute little animals, and thank you for the kangaroos! In our design appointment you had the exact imagination I needed to make this happen. You are amazing!
Thanks again and Best Wishes,

Very responsive and professional, I spoke with Gabrielle about my interest in her cakes and she made me feel confident with her abilities right off. I asked for a red velvet cake and told her I was going with a vintage 20's theme. She offered a great idea of making a "Betty Crocker" styled cake with swirled icing. She had the cake ready and delivered smoothly in time for the ceremony. The flavor received great reviews with the guests and I especially loved the icing, amazingly because I am VERY picky about my icing.

Gabby is a sweetheart!!
We had a specific kind of cake in mind for our wedding but had had a bit of trouble finding someone to do it. We called Gabby & set up a meeting. When we met with her we explained what we wanted done & was told "no problem. I'd love to do it". Gabby then proceeded to draw a sketch of the cake & tossed around ideas with us while we tasted her samples. It was soo hard to pick a flavor.ALL of them were delicious! The result was out of this world!! EVERYBODY was talking about the cake and they still are!! When it comes to cakes,Gabby rules

Extremely nice people to work with.
Great tasting cake, extremely pretty, so perhaps naturally, somewhat pricey.
Not 5 stars because...
We emailed them the next day that we were interested, no deposit, and it took them a few days to respond to tell us that their delivery person was no longer available on our date-- it is understandable if they have TONS of clients making it impossible to manage everyone's date, but a reminder or warning on the day of the tasting about this would have been nice.
In this process, some vendors give clients courtesy calls depending on the order of meeting.
It turns out to be very easy to have a friend deliver it, but it did end up causing us a lot of stress and time trying to figure it out.
Perhaps the most important thing though is that, despite all of this, am looking fwd to possibly using them again in the future for a birthday party or something.

We described what we wanted to Gabrielle, and she drew her idea from our description. It was exactly what I pictured so we booked her right away. The cake she delivered was exactly as she had drawn and was an amazing work of art. I almost cried when it was time to cut it, and no one could believe we actually went through with cutting it. As sad as it was to cut it, it was delicious as well as beautiful. I cannot recommend Gabrielle highly enough.

First of all the cake tasting was amazing. It was hard to pick flavors. So, I decided to get a grooms cake so that I could have a third flavor.
Second of all, do you remember the last time you had cake at a wedding, do you remember the flavors, do you remember what it looked like? Well, we ran out of cake. Because people were having multiple pieces!! A huge chunk of my guests asked me who the cake maker was, and if she makes smaller cakes that they could buy. They also rave about what they ate. And... as my friends send me the photos they took at my wedding, they all took a TON of photos of the cake. In some photo albums there are more pictures of the cake than me! I swear.
Third of all, Gabby is amazing to work with, and makes the process fun. Coming up with the concept for the cake was great, she totally understood what I was explaining, and came up with a great sketch, and the finished product looked amazing.
