Amazing food & location    posted 7/6/2013

I had a destination wedding at Butterfly Beach and after the ceremony we walked directly across the street to the lovely Biltmore Resort and had a luncheon for 22 people. The location, food, and service was AMAZING! This is one of the loveliest resorts and grounds I have been to, and I was highly impressed with the food & staff. We ate at the Bella Vista Biltmore restaurant that overlooks the ocean and sat at a table indoors, but it still felt like you were almost outside from the overhead windows and beautiful natural décor. We had an organized menu with a soup/salad, entrée, and dessert. The food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend the Bella Vista restaurant for great food and beautiful location/grounds!

Great Service and Beautiful Location!    posted 6/9/2012

The Four Seasons Biltmore location cannot be beat! Beautiful location and great planners and service prior to the wedding. The day of the wedding not everything went exactly as planned, but of course it was good. The food was FANTASTIC..most people said they have never had such good food at the wedding.

Gorgeous!    posted 8/12/2011

I have lived in Santa Barbara since I was 3 years old and it was always my dream to get married at the Biltmore. And let me tell you, the Biltmore was the first place venue we took a look at and I fell in love with it even more. We went to a few wineries but nothing came even close to comparing to the Biltmore. The day after we came back from looking at some wineries, we were already working on the contract with the Biltmore.
Everything was so perfect on the day of the wedding. It was simply gorgeous! The food was amazing! The service was incredible! All the guests were raving about the wedding for weeks after it and I heard nothing but great things. Everything was top quality and everything was so easy for me. I didn't have a thing to worry about the day of the wedding. Whenever I would ask for anything, I was given it quickly.
Most brides have a small thing or two go wrong on the day of their wedding and that is something many people were telling me was going to happen on the day of my wedding, but they were so wrong. Every little detail went perfectly and I give a lot of credit to the Biltmore for staying so on top of everything and for being so helpful with every need I had. I couldn't be happier!
And to top it off, the Biltmore is just gorgeous! It is easy to capture perfect pictures because everything is just beautiful there. The beach is right there, they have beautiful gardens, and everything anyone could ever want on their wedding day. The service was great and our suite was just heaven! It was so wonderful getting ready there, I felt like a princess. I would recommend it to everyone. They also helped a lot with recommendations with vendors and all my vendors were wonderful.
I would only say that you should book your day with the Biltmore far in advance, like a year in advance is what we did. They fill up fast and they are busy all year long, especially in the summer, and my wedding was in July so they were packed. So it was nice we didn't have to worry about someone having our day.
They really are professionals there and I couldn't be happier.

The service was amazing. The room was decorated in Old Spanish style and was warm and cozy. The guests could be outside on the terrace for cocktails overlooking the Pacific. The food was simply out of this world, from hors d'ourves to the wedding cake. They also nailed exactly what I wanted my wedding cake to look like. Overall, I had not a single complaint

The hotel is great - private areas for wedding ceremony, beautiful views from reception room.;We asked that no shots be served and they still served them - saying they were in regular size glasses and not shot glasses. Very disappointing at this caliber of hotel.

The hotel is situated on the ocean so there are breathtaking views of Butterfly Beach in Montecito. The food was beyond excellent as was the service! The Four Seasons does everything imaginable to make your wedding the most perfect day of your life! The hotel takes care of almost everything - ceremony location and set up (if you want to get married there) food for hors d' vours and the actual meal (3-5 courses) the cake alcohol servers tables chairs linens plates glasses dance floor. It makes the wedding planning so much easier!!! Plus you get to stay there that night for free!!
